Dancing On Ice viewers predicted that Kimberley Wyatt would make it to the final[/caption]Last night, it was announced that Pussycat Dolls star Kimberly Wyatt, Strictly’s Brendan Cole and dancer Regan Gascoigne would go through to the final show this weekend.
After a tense round of skating on Saturday night, Kye Whyte and Connor Ball were sent home in the tense double eviction.
It saw the remaining three stars put through to the final – but fans were left furious by the line-up for the show, due to air live later this month.
Many took to Twitter to fume that they had predicted these celebrity skaters would be in the final.
One vented: “What a joke and how predictable..The show has lost all credibility as far as I’m concerned.. Kye and Connor should have gone through. Kimberley wtf.. I thought it was about learning a new skill ,how naive of me.”
This fan tweeted: “So predictable and obvious now. All 3 dancers through?! will be patching it next year if this is what it is now.”
While another said: “Predictable decision by the judges yaaaaaaawn. So three professional dancers in the final ? Kinda sucks @KyeWhyte should’ve got that skate off , he has done so well.”
While singer Kimberly, 40, is part of a dance duo – and trained in various forms of dance, Brendan, 45, is a professional ballroom dancer.

The Latin American champion has also danced previously as a pro on Strictly Come Dancing, and judged Dancing With The Stars.
Meanwhile, Regan, 26, has been trained as a professional dancer, having attended a performing arts school.
It comes as viewers complained that Brendan Cole seemed to have been given an advantage after he opened the show for a second time.
“Brendan dancing first again? give me a break,” tweeted one angry fan.
Many fumed on Twitter after fans claimed last week that the ballroom dancer had been given an advantage in the ITV series by being the first celeb to take to the ice each week.
Brendan made it through to the final after earning a perfect score from the Dancing On Ice judges for a second week running.
The former Strictly Come Dancing professional secured 40 points for his skate to Let’s Face The Music And Dance from the film Follow The Fleet, after ending his routine with a successful headbanger move.
- The Dancing On Ice final will take place on March 27, 2022.
The 45-year-old dancer wrote on social media: “An exciting weekend ahead… a double elimination and things are getting personal!”
The former Strictly pro, who is partnered with skating professional Vanessa Bauer, is one of the favourites to win this year’s competition.
