I went to high school with Taylor Swift – people weren’t nice to her & she got revenge in the best way, we deserved it

WITH the release of Taylor Swift’s Midnights album, the singer has been on everyone’s minds.

Swifties have been praising her for the songs while simultaneously analyzing every lyric to try and figure out who she’s referring to and what secrets she’s revealing.

While many fans think her song Vigilante S**t references her feud with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, others have speculated that it’s actually about music manager Scooter Braun and his ex-wife Yael Cohen.

Regardless of who it’s about, people love the narrative that Swift is an artist out for revenge.

One woman named Jessica McLane said she’s known Swift since high school, and she claims the singer has always been a bit calculated with her plans. She captioned the video: “Everything Ms. Swift does is intentional.”

“I went to the same high school as Taylor Swift, we grew up in the same town,” she began.

Jessica said she’s heard all the conspiracy theories about Swift, so she wanted to add to the bunch.

“In 2006, I’m a freshman in high school and Taylor is I think a junior. Teardrops On My Guitar had just come out over the summer. Obviously she got really big, and that’s the year that she left school and got homeschooled.”

According to Jessica, when Swift first started gaining success, most of her high school peers “hated her.”

“She was literally 16, 17, leaving high school to pursue a career that people were telling her she could never have.

“Also, the guys she was writing these songs about, they were still in school. They were still there. And now they have a hit song about them talking about what a s**t boyfriend they are.

“The fact remains that there were not a lot of people in high school who had nice things to say about her.”

Jessica then jumped to the year 2009, when she was a senior at that high school.

“My senior class gets invited by Taylor Swift to the 2009 CMA awards. So, when I found out that we were going, we were all really excited. But, it was very random. Like, we didn’t know why Taylor Swift was inviting us to the CMA’s.”

That year, she was on top of her game: she won female vocalist of the year, entertainer of the year, album of the year, and music video of the year.

“It’s 2022, Taylor Swift announces Midnights—it’s going to be released on Kim Kardashian’s birthday.

“That’s when I start realizing, Taylor’s a petty b***h. And then I start learning all of the other petty things Taylor has done over the years.”

She speculated some more: “Y’all, she invited us to the CMA’s to say f**k you. And we deserved it. So to Taylor, touché. That was a good one.”

Jessica noted that Swift even plans her moves years in advance, as she waited from 2006 to 2009 to invite her classmates to the CMA’s.

Besides possibly releasing her album on Kardashian’s birthday to steal her thunder (the two had a major fallout in 2016), fans also speculated that in 2019 Swift made Selena Gomez take down a photo in which she praised SKIMS shapewear, and instead replace it with a photo showing her allegiance to Swift.  

As for another point, fans will never forget Swift’s music video for Bad Blood, which many believed to be aimed at her feud with Katy Perry.
