The reality TV star looked glowing as she pushed her daughter in a £1,000 pram round the city centre.
She held onto the iCandy pushchair, which costs a whopping £1,199 for the bundle, including a carrycot and rain cover.
Molly-Mae kept it casual in grey joggers, white trainers and a black puffer coat as she pulled her hair back into a bun.
She held onto a cup of coffee as she appeared to go make-up free for the outing on Thursday afternoon.
“Some fresh air,” she captioned the snaps, alongside a white heart emoji, as she posted on her Instagram stories.
It comes after Molly-Mae revealed that she didn’t sleep for five days after welcoming her baby daughter Bambi.
The new mum, who gave birth to her first child three weeks ago, opened up about the “hardest time” of her life.
The former Love Island star told her fans that after welcoming her baby daughter she didn’t sleep for five days.
“I’ve kind of not slept now in two weeks and I’m learning how to function that way,” Molly-Mae told her fans.
She added: “You guys warned me about the sleep deprivation.
“I think in my head I had it that I would maybe be able to get two hours or three hours sleep and I’d be able to survive.
“But actually, what I experienced was from the minute I gave birth on the Monday night until about day five I actually didn’t sleep for a single hour.
“I didn’t have a single hour of sleep for the first week, I absolutely just completely ran off of adrenaline.
“I actually made myself quite unwell. By day five, it was 100% the hardest day of my entire life.
“It was the hardest day of my life, I was genuinely scared for myself, for my health, as I had zero sleep for five nights.”
“I’ve only felt that in the last couple of days that I’ve got a grip of myself, and remember to take care of myself,” she said.
It comes after she revealed she collapsed on the floor “like a sack of potatoes” just hours after giving birth.
Molly opted to have an epidural at the first available opportunity, which stops you from feeling anything from your waist downwards.
She explained: “I forgot that I had an epidural and I tried to get out of bed ten minutes or so after I had given birth.
“Tommy was holding Bambi in a chair by the bed and I tried to get out of bed and stand up and walk over to them.
“When I pivoted myself out of bed and stood up, I literally just dropped to the ground like a sack of potatoes.
“I just collapsed in a heap, my legs just went like jelly. The nurse was panicking, but I was laughing when it happened.
“I was like ‘I’m fine, I’m not faint, I am just an idiot, I can’t feel my legs, why did I try to stand up?’”
