Andy wrote that Lisa texted him late one night and quit the show after filming the season 12 reunion, which took place in early fall 2022.
However, Andy claims that Lisa regretted her decision and changed her mind.
In the end, Andy wrote that Lisa “should go on pause but absolutely come back.”
“Feels like she has a toxic relationship with the show at this point and taking a breath away could do everyone good,” Andy added.
In the book’s epilogue, Andy wrote, “We mutually agreed with Rinna that she should take a break from the show (this is a real pause)”.
After the book was released, a rep for Lisa reacted to Andy‘s claim, saying that she is “not ‘on pause’” from RHOBH.
“There was never any discussion with anyone about that concept,” Lisa‘s rep told E! News. “Her contract ended, and the parties mutually agreed not to engage on a new one. She felt her time on the show had run its course and she was more than happy to move on. And she still does not regret it.”
Lisa isn’t the only Housewife that isn’t returning for season 13 of RHOBH.
