In her video, TikTok user Ashly Locklin (@drashlylocklin) revealed that she lost over 50 pounds while still treating herself to the healthy snack.
The influencer even described herself as having “an insane sweet tooth.”
In the clip’s caption, she joked: “Not to be dramatic, but I need something sweet after every meal or I cannot function.”
Before she showed her cookie dough tutorial, the mother-of-four showed viewers her recent glow-up.
Ashly showed her followers a shot of her on the beach in a pink one-piece.
She then transitioned to a full-length mirror shot of her toned body in a striped two-piece.
After showing off her impressive body transformation, the TikToker demonstrated her easy recipe.
Ashly told viewers: “In a bowl, mix together one cup of almond flour, one scoop of vanilla protein powder, and a quarter cup of maple syrup.”
She continued: “Add a quarter cup of the milk of your choice, a quarter cup of the nut butter of your choice, one teaspoon of vanilla, and a quarter teaspoon of salt.
“Mix that all together and then add in a quarter cup of chocolate chips or just measure those with your heart,” Ashly said.
The content creator concluded: “Mix it all together, scoop it out, and enjoy.”
In the caption of her video, Ashly explained: “I have four kids and a business, so having quick treats that can satisfy my sweet tooth.”
She added that the snack also gives her energy and helps her become the hot mom she’s “destined to be.”
