Pro-Palestinian demonstrators arrested at LAX entrance
News footage shows handcuffed demonstrators being taken into custody.
A group of pro-Palestinian demonstrators was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 27, for blocking an entrance at Los Angeles International Airport, authorities said.
Los Angeles Airport Police reported in the morning that the Century Boulevard entrance had been “impacted,” asking patrons to use alternative entrances off of Sepulveda Boulevard.
The agency reported about 45 minutes later that the westbound Century entrance into the airport was open again and that there were “no impacts to flights.”
News footage from the scene shows handcuffed demonstrators being taken into custody, but no further information was immediately available.
