I’m a surgery addict like Katie Price – I’ve had more than 200 ops & I’ve spent £60k on BBLs but I had no choice
KATIE Price’s obsession with going under the knife might be something few of us can relate to but for Star Delgiudice it’s a familiar picture.
The star recently returned from having £10k facial tightening surgery in Istanbul, the latest in her rumoured £25k a year surgery habit.
But the celeb mum-of-three’s pricey hobby has taken its toll and contributing to her bankruptcy, a familiar theme with Star.
Katie had her first boob job at 20 and Star was even younger, going under the knife for the first time at just 17.
Star, now 34, has spent tens of thousands on tweakments including 60k on BBLs which she now regrets.
Since Star started her plastic surgery journey, she has undergone more than 200 surgeries, from her lips, bum to boobs, and she has a very clear plan on how she wants to look.
But she says that she still hasn’t financially recovered from having the surgeries and has sworn off BBLs for good.
While she spent a lot of money on the procedures, she found that her bum still never looked the way she wanted.
In fact, some of the surgeries actually caused Star a lot of pain that caused her to pursue even more procedures to fix the problem.
Star, from Birmingham, UK, said: “I had no choice but to go through more suffering and surgery because I wanted to not be in pain no more from the implant damaged in my butt.
“It’s been tough mentally as my bum started to take over my life and mental health big time and financially ruined me.
“I was even thinking about selling property to cover the costs”
Following the surgeries, she was hit by a deluge of ‘nasty’ comments about her new look which led to her making the decision to fix the problem, spending even more money.
She says: “I had a lot of people saying nasty things to me after the surgery.
“I had recently lost my dad so that mentally f***ed me up.
“It was hard. I had to get more surgery to fix it and make it look more ok as people would be so nasty when I was out and about.
“They were laughing while I was dying slowly inside.”
To ‘fix’ the shape of her bum, she says that she had to put on more weight, which would help the procedures work – and that was hard for Star to deal with.
“It didn’t really work after all that weight gain. It still looked crap,” she says.

She then decided that she wanted to try and improve her mental state by working out in the gym and after losing five stone, she says she feels much more toned and better within herself.
Now, her goal is to “fix the unevenness” and she intends to visit Dubai to get the work done.
“The end goal keeps me going. I’ve lost five stone and I’m toning up,” she added.
“I feel much better. I decided that I need to go to the gym to help mentally and recover over the bbl and weight gains.
HOW MUCH STAR HAS SPENT ON SURGERY
In total Star has spent around £265,000 on her surgeries.
Her bum lifts are said to have cost £60,000 alone, her jaw and forehead contouring cost £24,000, and she forked out £15,000 for a fresh smile.
Her four nose jobs cost £16,000, as did her four boob jobs, and her nipple reduction cost £2,000.
Eyebrow fillers came to £3,500, with lip and cheek fillers, and botox costing £30,000 a year.
The five liposuction operations cost £10,000, and the three designer vagina procedures cost £12,700.
Her blepharoplasty cost £6,000, and she forks out £2,000 a year for PDO therapy – an effective cosmetic technique that lifts and tightens sagging skin tissues.
She says it costs £3,000 a year to maintain her appearance, which include acrylic nails, new make-up and skincare and hair treatments.
“I can’t wait. I’m excited to fix the unevenness and to reshape. I would never have a BBL again.”
Her BBL was just the latest in a long list of over 200 surgeries that Star has put her body through.
Born Stacey, she grew up in Birmingham but was unhappy with her looks from a young age.
She blames her desire to change her appearance on her relationship with her mum and dad, claiming she had a strict upbringing with her Jehovah’s Witness parents.
Star revealed they would tell her other children were prettier than her.
Bullied by her peers for not being able to join in things like parties, moving around 10 different schools led her to have few friends.
Star claims to have been abandoned by her mum aged 17 – when she had her first op – after she left her outside a hostel.
She worked as a pole dancer to save enough money to get a boob job, and went on to be a dominatrix.
Since then she says she has earned every penny she’s spent on her looks, saving for a deposit on her first house six years ago, and going on to buy two more which provides her with income for her surgeries.
Star, who changed her name by deed poll in 2015 previously told Fabulous: “All I care about is money and my looks.
“I like to ensure I look my best from every angle.
“If I don’t, I’ll book in another nip or tuck to make sure I do.”
