THERE is no denying that women often need help at certain times of life, such as during pregnancy and menopause.
In the UK there are about 13million women who are perimenopausal or menopausal, which is around a third of the female population.
But there is no need to struggle in silence any more and today I look at some of the new self-help products to hit the market.
Gym kits
HERTILITY is the world’s first diagnostic, virtual clinic for female reproductive health.

‘Turn Me On’ supplements
IT is not uncommon for a woman’s libido to change drastically over the years.
While both high and low libidos are normal, there is a long list of physiological and psychological factors that can cause a sudden change, too.
