One dead after Saturday morning OKC collision
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to a fatal collision along I-44 in Oklahoma City Saturday morning.
According to authorities, the crash happened between two pickup trucks just before 10 a.m. near northbound I-44 and Airport Rd.
OHP says Clayton William Pueppke, 50, of Newcastle, died at the scene of the crash. The driver of the second vehicle was not injured in the accident.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 2023 Chevy Silverado, officials said was 72-year-old Jimmy Rayburn who was not injured.
Seatbelts were used in both vehicles.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
