Robert Pattinson's New Movie 'Mickey 17' is Pushed Back, New Release Date Revealed
Robert Pattinson‘s new movie Mickey 17 has been pushed back several months.
The 38-year-old Batman actor is set to share the screen in the movie – from director Bong Joon Ho – with the likes of Naomi Ackie, Steven Yeun and Mark Ruffalo.
Mickey 17 was supposed to arrive in theaters on January 31, 2025. However, a new release date has been revealed.

According to reporting by The Hollywood Reporter, Mickey 17 will now arrive in theaters on April 18, 2025. This was the date that Michael Jackson‘s biopic was originally expected to premiere. However, that will now arrive in theaters on October 3.
“When the April 18 date became available, we quickly moved to secure it for Mickey 17,” a spokesperson for Warner Bros. said in a statement shared with the outlet. “We’re thrilled with the new date, and very happy the film will be available to audiences in IMAX.”
The new release date comes with the benefit of screening on IMAX and arriving around Easter.
Here’s a brief synopsis of the movie: “The unlikely hero, Mickey Barnes (Pattinson) has found himself in the extraordinary circumstance of working for an employer who demands the ultimate commitment to the job… to die, for a living.”
Mickey 17 is the first from the director since the critically acclaimed Parasite was released in 2019. You can check out the trailer here!
