Shardul Thakur to Noor Ahmad: Players to watch out for in LSG vs CSK IPL match

The Lucknow Super Giants batter played a brilliant knock of 58 in his side’s previous IPL match against the Gujarat Titans. Markram was also adjudged as the Player of the Match for his knock which included 9 boundaries and a six. He will be looking to maintain this form when he steps out to bat against the Chennai Super Kings on Monday.

2. Devon Conway

The Chennai Super Kings will be relying on the Kiwi batter to provide them with a good start in their upcoming match of IPL 2025 against the Lucknow Super Giants on Monday. Conway didn’t participate in the first few games of the tournament, but scored a valiant fifty against the Punjab Kings in only the second match he played in during this season.

3. Nicholas Pooran

The explosive Lucknow Super Giants batter is the current holder of the Orange Cap with 349 runs in just 6 matches. Pooran performed brilliantly his side’s previous match as well, scoring 61 runs from just 34 deliveries against the Gujarat Titans. He will be looking to dominate against the Chennai Super Kings bowling attack when he comes up against them on Monday.

4. Shivam Dube

The Chennai Super Kings batter hasn’t been in a great form this season so far. Dube has played some decent cameos, but has mostly struggled almost against every bowling attack he has faced this season. The Chennai-based franchise will be hoping that he can finally play a big innings when he takes the field against the Lucknow Super Giants.

5. Shardul Thakur

The Lucknow Super Giants pacer has given valiant contributions with the ball this season. Thakur is one of the highest wicket-takers of the season, picking up 11 scalps in just 6 matches. The seamer also bowled well in his side’s previous match against the Gujarat Titans, finishing with figures of 2/34. He will be looking to continue this form in the clash against Chennai Super Kings.

6. Noor Ahmad

In a season which has so far been nothing short of disastrous for the Chennai Super Kings, Noor has turned out to be their only shining light. The left-arm spinner is currently the holder of the Purple Cap, picking up 12 wickets in 6 matches. He will be looking to rack up more scalps when he faces the Lucknow Super Giants’ batting order on Monday.
