My team and I are driving to North Texas right now to fight for Wren in a high-stakes meeting. This afternoon, a hospital committee will discuss whether to remove her ventilator against her parents’ wishes. If the committee sides with the hospital, Baby Wren will only have 25 days left to live.
(This is legal under the horrible Texas 25-Day Rule.)
Wren is a sweet one-month-old girl admitted to the hospital after she had complications during birth.
She is on an oscillator (a ventilator designed for infants), and her treatment is working.

If the hospital does not want to continue treating her, they shouldn’t cut her life short. Instead, they should honor her parents’ wishes and send her to a different place willing to care for her.
