Billy Ray Cyrus and model Elizabeth Hurley surprised the Internet by indicating they’re dating.
They shared the news via a joint Instagram post on April 20, 2025. It wished people a Happy Easter and included a photo of Cyrus kissing Hurley’s cheek. He wears bunny ears in the photo.
Although the post doesn’t explicitly say the pair are dating, that’s the clear implication due to the kiss.
Fans and even other celebrities expressed complete shock at the revelation as there was previously no inkling that Cyrus, who is divorced from Miley Cyrus’s mom, and Hurley might be a thing.
Hurley is perhaps best known for the black dress fastened with decorative safety pins that she wore while dating actor Hugh Grant. She has a son with the late Steven Bing.
