Bill Belichick's Girlfriend, 24, Shuts Down Relationship Question During Awkward Interview
Bill Belichick got the CBS Sunday Morning treatment as he begins promoting his new book, The Art of Winning: Lessons from My Life in Football. And while reporter Tony Dokoupil went down the obligatory memory lane during the nearly 8-minute interview, Dokoupil also broached a subject that just about everyone's talking about: the legendary football coach's relationship with 24-year-old Jordon Hudson.
Belichick, 73, looked super comfortable talking about his famous football coach father and why he decided to follow in his footsteps. He was also comfortable talking about the reason behind his new book. But when it came time to divulging details about his budding romance, Belichick noticeably tensed up.

At one point, Dokoupil mentioned that Hudson was "a constant presence" during the interview. Cameras then panned to her as she sat near a monitor and watched the interview unfold, looking more like a publicist than a girlfriend. Near the end of the interview, Dokoupil asked how they met, and Hudson wasn't having it.
"How did you guys meet?" Dokoupil simply asked, to which Hudson replied with, "We're not talking about this."

Dokoupil looked over in her direction and you can hear Hudson say, "No," while sporting a serious look on her face.
"It's a topic neither one of them is comfortable talking on," Dokoupil says in the voiceover. By all accounts, Belichick and Hudson started dating sometime in 2023.
In an attempt to pivot and bring a lighter mood to the interview, Dokoupil asks him about his participation on social media and what the reaction's been like from people getting to see a different side to him.

"So, I'm on some of those social media platforms but I honestly don't follow them," Belichick responded with a serious tone.
There was another awkward moment that happened prior to the relationship question, when Dokoupil asked Belichick why the coach never mentioned New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft despite their 20-plus year relationship. Kraft didn't even get a mention in the acknowledgements, Dokoupil said, prompting Belichick to offer his trademark response.
