Morgan Wade Goes for Casual Glam in Bottega Veneta Loafers at ACM Awards 2025

Morgan Wade kept it casual while arriving at the ACM Awards on Thursday night in Texas.

Going for a comfortable look, the singer elected to wear a pair of the chunky leather loafers from Bottega Veneta, which are made with a leather design and rubber outsole that provides equal parts grip and traction. The silhouette is crafted in a round moc toe design, and made with an easy slip-on design. The gold strap accent gives the shoe an extra bit of definition, and the loafers are rounded out by a 2-inch heel. Typical prices retail between $600 to $1,200.

For the rest of her ensemble, Wade wore a silk pattern blouse designed in a mauve colorway, which she paired with black trousers. She accessorized her look with a few rings, and kept her makeup dewy and natural. Her long brunette locks were highlighted and styled in a middle part that framed her face elegantly.

Loafers of all types have had a colorful history, having been worn by many over the years. Leather loafers of any kind are, in-general, regarded for being comfortable straight out of the box, with less of a break-in period as opposed to other types of footwear. The original purpose of loafers was to protect one’s foot while walking, but in the centuries since, they have become used primarily for stylistic purposes, with many brands such as Gucci, Steve Madden, Timberland and more offering many different versions of the model.
