Cassie's Husband Alex Fine Speaks Out After She Finishes Testifying in Diddy's Sex Trafficking Trial

Cassie‘s husband Alex Fine is speaking out.

For the past four days, the 38-year-old singer has been detailing the alleged sexual and physical abuse she experienced at the hands of ex Sean “Diddy” Combs while testifying in his sex trafficking trial. Alex, 32, has been in court all four days supporting his wife, whom he has been married to since 2019.

After Cassie finished testifying and was excused from the witness stand on Friday (May 16), Alex released a statement.

Keep reading to find out more…In a statement shared with reporters, Alex addressed Diddy, 55, “and all of those who helped him along the way, please know this: You did not. You did not break her spirit nor her smile that lights up every room,” according to People.

The Mobland actor addressed “speculation online” about his experience sitting and listening to Cassie‘s graphic detailing of the alleged years-long sexual, physical and psychological abuse she suffered from Diddy.

“I have felt so many things sitting there. I have felt tremendous pride and overwhelming love for Cass,” Alex said. “I have felt profound anger that she has been subjected to sitting in front of a person who tried to break her.”

“I did not save Cassie, as some have said. To say that is an insult to the years of painful work my wife has done to save herself. Cassie saved Cassie,” he added.

“She alone broke free from abuse, coercion, violence and threats,” Alex continued. “She did the work of fighting the demons that only a demon himself could have done to her. All I have done is love her as she has loved me.”

If you were unaware, Alex and Cassie already share two children and she is currently eight months pregnant with their third.

Also in his statement, Alex reiterated Cassie‘s bravery, saying, “You did not break the soul of a mother who gives the best hugs and plays the silliest games with our little girls. You did not break the woman who has made me a better man.”

In her testimony, Cassie revealed how much Diddy paid her after she sued him back in 2023.
