Trigg Kiser Death After Pool Drowning Call Is 'Open Investigation'

Trigg Kiser, the toddler son of TikTok influencer Emilie Kiser, has died after a drowning call to police.

The Maricopa County Medical Examiner's office confirmed Trigg's death, saying it occurred on May 18, 2025. His name is given as Trigg Chapman Kiser.

Emilie Kiser has 3.4 million followers on TikTok. Her page is heavily focused on her family and two kids.

The medical examiner's report is not yet ready, and no official cause of death or preliminary cause of death is listed yet, according to the page.

However, the public information officer for Chandler, AZ, police told USA Today that Trigg Kiser died "after being pulled from a backyard pool days earlier."

The police told USA Today they "responded to a drowning call at a home on Ashley Drive in Chandler, Arizona, around 7 p.m. local time for a child who had been pulled unconscious out of a backyard pool." That incident occurred on May 12.

Chandler police also confirmed Trigg's death to Men's Journal.

"The Chandler Police Department regrets to report that the child who had been hospitalized since the drowning call on Ashley Drive on May 12 passed away earlier this afternoon. The child has been identified as 3-year-old Trigg Kiser," Sonu Wasu, spokesperson for Chandler police, told Men's Journal in an email.

"Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with the child's family and loved ones during this unimaginable time," Wasu wrote. "The investigation into the circumstances surrounding this incident remain ongoing. This is still an open investigation. Out of respect for the family’s privacy, we will not be releasing additional details until the investigation is closed."

Trigg was born in 2021 to Emilie and her husband Brady Kiser, according to Today,

Kiser's family has yet to publicly comment, USA Today reported on May 19.

Kiser recently posted videos that included Trigg.
