34 digital courts inaugurated to deal with cases under Negotiable Instruments Act in Delhi

Thirty-four digital courts dedicated to Negotiable Instruments Act cases have been launched at Delhi’s Rouse Avenue complex. Inaugurating the initiative, Chief justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya stressed the importance of humility and responsibility in the judiciary. The move is expected to significantly ease the burden of cheque bounce cases.
