Why Justin Bieber Could Get Half of Wife Hailey's $1 Billion Deal
Pop star Justin Bieber and his wife, Hailey Bieber, have weathered divorce rumors for some time.
Bieber's cryptic and sometimes seemingly emotional Instagram posts have led to persistent fan concerns about his welfare and the state of his marriage.
When they first got married, Justin Bieber was the better-known person in the marriage, although Hailey carved out a career as a model.
However, now reports say that Bieber and his wife don't have a prenuptial agreement. And while that may have worked in Hailey's favor initially, now there's her $1 billion makeup deal at stake.
Page Six reported, via multiple sources, that Bieber might have a claim to half of Hailey's fortune if they ever split up because they didn't have a prenup.
According to Page Six, the Biebers married in 2018, and Hailey didn't set up her Rhode makeup line until 2022, well into their marriage.
She sold it to e.l.f. Cosmetics for the reported windfall in May 2025.
According to The Economic Times, Justin Bieber is hardly in need of money; his own net worth is estimated at between $200 and $300 million.
Rhode sales topped more than $200 million for the past year, even though the line only had 10 products and sold "solely through online DTC selling," Retail Wire reported.
Hailey Bieber wrote on Instagram on May 28, "When I launched @rhode in 2022, I always had big dreams for the company, and the most important thing to me is to keep bringing rhode to more spaces, places, and faces globally. So today I am so incredibly excited and proud to announce that we are partnering with e.l.f. Beauty as we step into this next chapter in the world of rhode."
