Pundit Megyn Kelly slammed Attorney General Pam Bondi for the "humiliation" the Justice Department handed right-wing social media influencers who buzzed about a "client list" in connection with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
"And that is when the influencers, right-wing influencers who had been very good to [President] Trump, who amidst all the deranged media out there, were able to see through the bulls‑‑‑ and reported honestly and helped him a lot and did not deserve the humiliation that she heaped upon them," Kelly said on an episode of the After Party with Emily Jashinsky podcast.
"It was not through their own doing. She invited them there. I mean, who wouldn’t go, right? It’s Pam Bondi," she continued. "'Do you want to come meet with the head of the FBI and the vice president for an exclusive Epstein leak?' Yeah, yes. Most people in media would say yes to that."

The Justice Department said in a memo published Monday there was no evidence Epstein kept a “client list,” nor that the convicted sex offender sought to blackmail powerful figures implicated in his crimes.
Those revelations contradict conspiracy theories pushed by several right-wing media personalities and internet influencers, many of whom fumed Monday over the memo and alleged a cover-up was taking place.
Kelly's comments were first highlighted by Mediaite.
"They f‑‑‑ed up because they trusted her," Kelly said. "They were humiliated because she gave them all these binders that read 'Epstein Files,' you know, 'Volume 1,' and there was nothing new in there. Nothing. There was no scoop. Why would she do that?"
Trump, asked about the DOJ memo Monday, scoffed at the question, asking why a reporter would ask about Epstein, whom he called a "creep."
