Reese Witherspoon’s Cutesy Pet Name for Her BF Shows This Romance Is Completely Different Than Others

Reese Witherspoon‘s new romance may not be like anything she’s dealt with before, all because of one detail, according to insiders. Now, Witherspoon and Oliver Haarmann started dating in the summer of 2024, and have seemingly been so in love since.

In fact, insiders claimed to Metro that their romance has made a turn for the cute, ever since Witherspoon started giving Haarmann an adorable nickname: “her little genius.”

Now, not only is this such a lovey-dovey nickname, but it’s the first time we’ve heard of her giving a pet name to a boyfriend. Seriously, we searched high and low, and we couldn’t find her (or even insiders) giving her exes a pet name.

For those who don’t know, Witherspoon has been married twice before. She was with her ex-husband,  Ryan Phillippe, for years, originally meeting when he crashed her 21st birthday party in 1997. The two dated for a couple of years before marrying in 1999 in South Carolina. Soon after, they welcomed their two children together named Ava Elizabeth Phillippe, born in Sept 1999, and Deacon, born in Oct 2003.

After nearly seven years of marriage, the two separated in 2006. The pair finalized their divorce in 2007.

She and her second ex-husband Jim Toth then got together in 2009 after meeting at a party. They got engaged that year in 2010, and in March 2011, they married in a backyard ceremony. Only a year later, they welcomed their son in 2012, named Tennessee. They celebrated 11 years of marital bliss before shocking the world in March 2023 about their joint decision to divorce.

Now, Witherspoon is taken again, but don’t expect wedding bells again!
