Report: Tottenham and Newcastle want “outstanding” Premier League star valued over £60m
Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are interested in the Everton attacker Iliman Ndiaye.

Iliman Ndiaye is a quality player
Ndiaye is capable of operating centrally as an attacking midfielder as well as a wide player. He will create opportunities in the final third and look to score goals as well.
