Opta’s Supercomputer reveals what Tottenham’s chances are of getting back to winning ways at Selhurst Park on Sunday.

Tottenham have won just one and lost five of their last eight Premier League matches and are currently in freefall.

The Lilywhites find themselves in 14th place in the Premier League table and falling further adrift of the European qualification places.

Thomas Frank has been warned by pundits his job is at risk, and the Dane will be desperately hoping that his players can get three points on Sunday and absolve some of the pressure he is under.

Tottenham are in for a tough match at Palace

The Spurs head coach will not want to look at what Opta’s Supercomputer says about his side’s chances of getting a result at Selhurst Park.

Opta have deduced that the Eagles are comfortable favourites to win at home, giving them a 48.6 per cent chance of taking all three points.

A Spurs win and a draw are given an almost equal chance at 25.6 per cent and 25.8 per cent respectively, which means that the data analysis platform believes that a Palace win is almost double as likely as either a draw or an away victory.

Could a defeat at Palace spell the end of Thomas Frank?

Thomas Frank has said that he is confident he will get time to fix Tottenham’s problems, insisting that he has a good relationship with the club’s board.

However, reports indicate that Spurs are already looking at potential managerial candidates, which suggests that not everyone at the club is convinced Frank can turn this around.

If Tottenham fall to another comfortable loss in South London, as they did at the City Ground in their last away game, it would be very hard for the 52-year-old to recover from that.
