Here’s your very first look at Sophie Turner as the iconic video game character Lara Croft!
If you don’t know, Sophie is set to star in a Prime Video TV series as the Tomb Raider character.
Along with the photo, Amazon MGM Studios also confirmed that production on the series is underway.

If you don’t know, Phoebe Waller-Bridge is being billed as the series’ creator, writer, and executive producer!
Sophie said in a statement, “I am thrilled beyond measure, to be playing Lara Croft. She’s such an iconic character, who means so much to so many – and I am giving everything I’ve got. They’re massive shoes to fill, following in the steps of Angelina [Jolie] and Alicia [Vikander] with their powerhouse performances, but with Phoebe at the helm, we (and Lara) are all in very safe hands. I can’t wait for you all to see what we have cooking.”
