The outlet claims that new Tottenham first-team assistant coach, John Heitinga, who was part of Slot’s coaching staff at Liverpool last season, is a big fan of Jones as well as Robertson, and wants both players to be brought to N17.
It is revealed that the Lilywhites would be willing to initially offer £30m for the England international, but the Reds are likely to demand a bigger fee.
