Brage Vestavik Announces His New Bike Sponsor After Days of Suspense

After weeks of speculation, Brage Vestavik has officially joined forces with Norco Bicycles. Vestavik is a legend in freeride mountain biking and has been a major player in the movement's rebirth, delivering some of the most mind-blowing videos we've ever seen. I have no doubt that we'll see some special things come to fruition with this new partnership.

Vestavik teased his new bike sponsor a few days ago on Instagram with a cryptic video in typical Norwegian fashion, leaving everyone wondering who he would be riding for in 2026. Forums lit up with speculation, but as far as I can find, no one was correct in their guesses.

Growing up, I was inspired most by seeing the North Shore and the mountain biking scene in Canada — it feels unreal signing with a brand that started here, in the birthplace of freeride.”

The move honestly makes sense. Brage is an absolute beast on the bike and needs to be on a platform that can handle the abuse he dishes out, and I can think of no better brand than Norco. Norco has a heritage of making bikes that can take a north shore style beating, and we’ll all be stoked to see what Brage is capable of doing with such incredible support from the Canadian brand.
