Attorney General Pam Bondi Claims All Epstein Files Documents Now Released, Publishes List of 'Government Officials & Politically Exposed Persons'
Attorney General Pam Bondi has sent a letter claiming all of the Epstein Files have now been released, in accordance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
As part of the Transparency Act, Congress gave the Department of Justice a 30 day deadline to release the files back in November of 2025. They were delayed at the time, and now, she’s alleging that all the files are released, though many redacted.
A letter is circulating that she apparently wrote, claiming to have fulfilled the requirements of the Act.

“In accordance with the requirements of the Act, and as described in various Department submissions to the courts of the Southern District of New York assigned to the Epstein and Maxwell prosecutions and related orders, the Department released all ‘records, documents, communications and investigative materials in the possession of the Department’ that ‘relate to’ any of nine different categories,” the letter apparently reads, according to Fox News.
She then included a section labeled, “List of All Government Officials and Politically Exposed Persons.”
It reads, “This list includes (as directed by the Act) all persons where (1) they are or were a government official or politically exposed person and (2) their name appears in the files released under the Act at least once. Names appear in the files released under the Act in a wide variety of contexts. For example, some individuals had extensive direct email contact with Epstein or Maxwell while other individuals are mentioned only in a portion of a document (including press reporting) that on its face is unrelated to the Epstein and Maxwell matters.”
The list has over 300 names of prominent people, including some who have their name mentioned often (like Donald Trump and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor) and some who bizarrely have been dead for decades, like Elvis Presley. Other unusual names listed are Janis Joplin and Marilyn Monroe.
