The 2026 SIA Academy Summer Camp, which will take place between June 22 and August 15, represents our firm commitment to a training model where security, planning and professional work make the difference. In a high-performance environment, every detail matters and every decision directly influences the player’s development. That is why we conceive this camp as a comprehensive experience in which sporting growth goes hand in hand with stability and constant support.
In a high-performance camp, talent alone does not guarantee results. Security is the starting point on which the entire training process is built: it generates confidence in the player, provides peace of mind to families and allows learning to take place in a controlled environment. Without a solid structure supporting every step, performance cannot be sustained over time.

Planning is the bridge between objectives and results. Our 2026 Summer Camp has been designed with a detailed structure that organizes training loads, tactical sessions, physical work and recovery. This rigorous planning reinforces security, as it avoids improvisation and reduces unnecessary risks. At SIA Academy, we work with small groups and differentiated levels to ensure appropriate progression. This increases security on the field and allows each footballer to train according to their age, level and physical condition.

We have tutors available 24 hours a day who oversee security and the proper functioning of the camp. Their constant presence guarantees an immediate response to any need and creates a structured living environment. Security is not limited to the pitch; it is also part of the residential and organizational framework.
Continuous supervision, internal protocols and coordination between departments ensure that the environment remains permanently under control. This structure provides confidence to both players and their families, who know their children are supported at all times.
Psychology department: mental strength and balance
Multidisciplinary work is one of the fundamental pillars of our model. At SIA Academy, we believe that high performance is only possible when different departments collaborate in a coordinated way. Our psychologist, José Luis, plays an essential role in building the player’s emotional security. Through individual and group sessions, he helps manage competitive pressure, strengthen confidence and improve concentration.
Mental balance is decisive in competing at the highest level and sustaining performance in demanding contexts. Psychological support not only enhances sporting performance but also promotes personal stability within the camp.
Nutrition and physical preparation as a preventive foundation
In the nutrition area, our nutritionist Cristóbal designs personalized meal plans that enhance performance and recovery. Proper nutrition is key to physical security, as it reduces the risk of fatigue and injury. Each camp menu is based on scientific criteria and tailored to the specific needs of the footballers.
Physical preparation, led by our fitness coach Ximo, is based on the intelligent management of training loads. Effort control is essential to preserve muscular and joint security, especially during a demanding period such as summer. Regular evaluations and individualized monitoring allow us to adjust workloads and prevent potential overloads.
Video analysis and tactical understanding of the game
In the video analysis department, our expert Alain provides tactical tools that enhance understanding of the game. Detailed analysis of actions and matches allows errors to be corrected through reflection and knowledge, reinforcing security in decision-making on the field.
Understanding the game from a strategic perspective reduces uncertainty and improves the player’s competitive capacity. This methodology complements physical and technical work, providing a comprehensive vision of performance.
“A high-performance environment requires structure, coherence and security. When the player feels that everything is under control, they can focus solely on improving,” says Frederico Pereira, the academy’s Sporting Director.
