Keith Urban's Alleged Reaction To Daughter Sunday Rose Publicly Snubbing Him After Nicole Kidman Divorce: ‘Just Numb’
Nicole Kidman showed up at the Oscars on March 15, looking every inch the A-list star, but her ex-husband, Keith Urban, is reportedly still struggling with their split.
The issue is reportedly with his eldest daughter, Sunday Rose, whose modeling career is taking off, and she’s publicly thanking her mother for the support. In a March 2026 cover story for Elle Australia, the 17-year-old fashionista praised Kidman in the buzzy feature.
“My mum is someone who has always been so creative and my biggest inspiration in life. She’s a key part of everything I do,” Sunday explained while noting the lessons learned from Kidman’s successful career. “The biggest piece of industry advice Mum has given to me is to always be on time.”
She continued, “I’ve travelled my whole life and my mum is a really good traveller, so she has taught me how to be one, too, which makes it so fun to travel and enjoy all the different places.”
Well, Urban reportedly isn’t feeling his daughter’s interview because a New Idea source is claiming he’s “just numb” from the article.
“Keith doesn’t know what to say, but he’s trying to put on a brave front. He knows he has to be patient; however, this latest snub – so publicly, there in black and white – has stumped him,” the insider alleged. “It’s like he doesn’t exist.”
In early January, Page Six revealed the former couple’s custody agreement of Sunday and her younger sister, Faith Margaret, 14. The Oscar-winning actress has the teens for 306 days of the years while the 58-year-old country music star was given 59 days per year with them.
“Sunday and Faith love their dad dearly, but they’re feeling very loyal to their mom right now, and they’ve made it their mission to be by her side,” a source told Star Magazine in October 2025.
Kidman and the girls have been spotted together all over the globe — from Antarctica to Paris. So far, there have been no public sightings of Sunday and Faith with Urban since the divorce was announced. For now, the teens are focused on spending time with their mom.
