Ukraine's Poroshenko says 'illegal groups' must disarm after standoff

KIEV (Reuters) - President Petro Poroshenko ordered Ukraine's security services and police on Monday to disarm "illegal groups", saying they threatened to further destabilise a country fighting separatists in its east.
