Arsenal now reach agreement with 21y/o on personal terms over summer move to Emirates

Arsenal have an agreement with RB Leipzig Benjamin Sesko over personal terms, according to Team News and Ticks on Patreon.

Sesko was involved in 27 goals this term, bagging 13 goals and five assists in 33 Bundesliga games, weighing in with four goals in eight Champions League games and ending the DFB-Pokal (German Cup) with four goals and one assist.

The 6ft 5in striker is a constant aerial threat in the opposition box due to his height, but he is also comfortable on the ball and is a brilliant dribbler who loves to drop deep to contribute to play.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta loves his number 9 playing like that, which is one of the reasons he has happily deployed Kai Havertz as his preferred striker and opted to feature Mikel Merino in the position when the German got injured.

Sesko fits into the playing style the Gunners boss deploys, which could be why they have chosen him ahead of Gyokeres despite the Sweden international striker scoring 54 goals and assisting 13 times this term.
