DUBAI, Jan 16 (Reuters) - International sanctions on Iran will be lifted on Saturday when the International Atomic Energy Agency issues its final report on Tehran's disputed nuclear programme, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif was quoted as saying.
