Tokayev met with the Premier of Bavaria in Munich
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev thanked Minister-President Markus Söder for his hospitality and the invitation to visit Bavaria. The President also noted that he highly values Bavaria's distinct identity, economic strength, and innovative potential.
"Yesterday, I held very substantive talks with Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Federal Chancellor Friedrich Merz. I am firmly committed to translating our agreements into concrete results and view Bavaria as a key partner in this regard. This region combines cutting-edge achievements in industry and science with a deep respect for tradition. These qualities make Bavaria one of the main engines of the German economy and a reliable partner for Kazakhstan in the modernization and diversification of our economy," the Head of State said.
As the President noted, there is significant potential for combining Bavaria's technological capabilities with the resources and industrial potential of Kazakhstan.
He also emphasized the importance of strengthening transport links, which will help bring the economies and peoples of Kazakhstan and Germany closer together.

On September 30, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, who is on an official visit to Germany, arrived in Munich.
On September 29, a welcoming ceremony for Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was held at the Ministry of Defense of the Federal Republic of Germany. The day before, he held talks with the German President and thanked Frank-Walter Steinmeier for the warm reception and the invitation to visit Germany.
Following this, the Presidents of Kazakhstan and Germany participated in the Kazakh-German Business Forum.
During his visit to Berlin, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also held talks with Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
