NEW YORK, Feb 10 (Reuters) - The American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) said on Wednesday it has filed a lawsuit challenging the U.S. environment regulator's biofuels policy, the latest industry body to join a legal battle over the controversial program.
