NAIROBI (Reuters) - Kenya has killed the commander of an elite unit within Somalia's al Shabaab Islamist insurgency, a man blamed for masterminding a deadly attack on a Kenyan military camp in southern Somalia last month, the Kenyan military said on Thursday.
