Cahill signs short-term deal with Chinese club Hangzhou

MELBOURNE (Reuters) - Australia striker Tim Cahill, who was dumped by Shanghai Shenhua last week, has signed a short-term deal with Hangzhou Greentown, the Chinese Super League club said on Monday.
