BAGUIO CITY — The thousands of tourists who flocked to the mountain city for the weekend, after travelling for hours, had two days of fun and excitement during the two grand parades of the Flower Festival street dancing and flower-float parade on Saturday (Feb 27) and Sunday (Feb 28).
