Safety rating of Agoo-Baguio City Road has improved under the International Road Assessment Program or iRAP Philippines, removing its notorious reputation. The road garnered three stars rating and it went up from two percent to 85 percent for vehicle occupants, two percent to 66 percent for motorcyclists, 11 to 95 percent for pedestrians and five to 67 percent for bicyclists. Roads under the iRAP project are rated from five stars to one star. Road with one star rating are considered the least safe while those with five stars are rated the safest.
