Heavyweight hero Dave Allen, blasted out Frenchman Karim Berredjem with two knockdowns and a towel thrown in by Berredjem’s corner to secure his quickest win at 0:57 of round one. Allen improves to 25-8-2, 20 KOs. Berredjem falls to 12-11-3 KOs.
Sandy Ryan dropped down to super lightweight to pick up her second belt- the vacant WBC title, in a after a hard fought battle with Mexico’s Karla Ramos Zamora. The judges saw it 95-95, and 97-93 twice for Ryan by majority decision. Ryan moves to 9-3-1, 3 KOs, while Zamora falls to 12-11-2, 4 KOs. Ryan previously held the WBO welterweight title, losing it back in 2024 to Mikaela Meyer.
Tiah Mai Ayton kept her undefeated record intact as she breezed past Brazilian Catherin Tacone Ramos via 8-round UD. Ayton goes the distance for the first time, at 5-0, 4 KOs. Ramos falls to 12-11-2, 4 KOs.
19-year old heavyweight hot shot Leo Atang remained perfect as he pummeled Dan Garber in the corner, forcing the referee to step in at 1:02 of the opening session. Atang is now 5-0, 5 KOs, 4 in the first round. Garber falls to 11-7, 2 KOs.
Super bantam Molly McCann remained perfect at 3-0, 1 KO as she took a 4-round UD over Slovakian/Hungarian Beata Dudek, who falls to 7-9, 4 KOs.
Joe Howarth bounced back from his second career loss to dominate Dan Booth over four rounds, moving to 15-2, 4 KOs. Booth falls to 6-19, 3 KOs.
