There is no such thing as a "risk" anymore at Marvel. The comic book movie studio maybe have entertained notions of uncertainty with movies like "Thor" or even "Ant-Man," but these days, the machine is running so smoothly, that even "Doctor Strange" doesn't seem so far fetched. And now the first trailer is here to show off what the studio will be selling over the next few months until the picture comes out this fall.
Benedict Cumberbatch takes the title role alongside a helluva cast which includes Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams, Michael Stuhlbarg, Mads Mikkelsen, and Tilda Swinton, with Scott Derrickson directing the movie about neurosurgeon Doctor Stephen Strange who, after a horrific car accident, discovers the hidden world of magic and alternate dimensions. Isn't that always the way? In any even, Kevin Feige promises the movie will be worth seeing in 3D.
