“I’d Love To Play This Woman Again, Definitely”: Charlize Theron Is Ready For More Furiosa

Since the release of "Mad Max: Fury Road" last summer, the underlying subtext has been that Charlize Theron had no interest in coming back, given the rocky time she had shooting with Tom Hardy (something she recently elaborated on). However, time heals all wounds, and the actress has made it clear she's ready for more Furiosa if George Miller will have her.

“I would love to bring her back to life! Are you kidding?” she told MTV at the MTV Awards. “I can see how people are kind of responding to her. I look at my little girl and I’m like, ’yeah, I’d love to play this woman again, definitely.' ”

Of course, whether or not that will happen remains to be seen. Last fall, Miller said he had two sequel scripts for 'Fury Road' finished, but indicated that the story didn't involve Furiosa. But then, earlier this year, he said he might have more Furiosa stories after all, and it's worth remembering that way back in the day, he had conceived "Mad Max: Furiosa" as an anime...
