Will Haiti's gangs get a say in who replaces PM?
Haiti's prime minister said early Tuesday that he would step aside, seeking to quell a spiraling crisis of gang violence that spurred a regional push for political transition in the impoverished Caribbean nation. But with those gangs effectively controlling significant areas of the country, will they be able to use their power to select who leads the country after Ariel steps down?
