Two men arrested in connection with Evangeline burglary
Jaret Simar, 35 of Evangeline and Thomas Labouve, Jr., 50 of Jennings were each were booked on one count of simple burglary.
EVANGELINE, La. (KLFY) -- Two men were arrested in connection with a Friday burglary in Acadia Parish, authorities said.
The Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office identified two people involved in a burglary in progress on Lacombe Lane in Evangeline April 5. Authorities said deputies were able to apprehend the suspects shortly after the crime was committed.
Jaret Simar, 35 of Evangeline and Thomas Labouve, Jr., 50 of Jennings were each were booked into the Acadia Parish Jail for one count of simple burglary. Bond for each suspect has been set at $20,000.
