VASSAR (KSNT) - A $1.3 million project is underway to replace a bridge four miles east of the town of Vassar.
The project will replace the bridge on South Stanley Road spanning 110 Mile Creek. South Stanley Road will be closed at the worksite until the project is completed. The project is expected to be finished in November, according to the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT).
Motorists will need to find alternate routes because no detours will be provided, according to KDOT.
