One killed in auto-pedestrian crash in downtown Austin overnight
Austin Police said one person died after being hit a vehicle in downtown Austin early Tuesday morning.
AUSTIN (KXAN) – Austin Police said one person died after being hit a vehicle in downtown Austin early Tuesday morning.
A second person was also hit by the vehicle but police did not have information on their condition.
The driver did not stay after the crash at East Seventh and Red River Streets around 1:10 a.m., police said.
According to APD, East Seventh Street is closed to traffic.
