Police arrested Timothy Norton at the airport after his bizarre outburst.
A drunk passenger yelled out ‘hey kids we’re all gonna die’ on a plane packed full of children.
Timothy Norton, 50, stood up and began ‘taunting’ children after the plane landed in Oklahoma.
He insulted an air stewardess and was arrested by police in the walkway bridge.
Officers said they detected alcohol on his breath and he was slurring his words.
Oklahoma City Police Spokesman Gary Knight said: ‘There were a number of children on board and he turned around to the children and told them they were all going to die.

The captain of the plane was said to be upset with his behaviour because there were so many children on the plane.
Norton made the outburst as the South West Airways flight from Dallas was taxing on a runaway after landing at Oklahoma City Airport on Monday.
He was taken to the Oklahoma County Jail on counts of disorderly conduct, drunkenness, and act of terrorism.
Norton was released on Tuesday on a $150,000 bond.
