A nine year-old cancer sufferer was overcome with emotion as he finished his final grueling chemotherapy treatment.
Steven Cotter, from Norman in Oklahoma, crumpled into tears Saturday as his mom Ashley laid out dozens of bottles of drugs he’d finished – and gave him one last dose of medicine.
The video, which has very low sound, shows Steven rest his head in his hands before dissolving into tears.
Ashley can be heard to say ‘Good job baby!’ as he swallowed the pills, with the youngster’s loved ones then cheering and clap with delight.
It marked the end of a three year cancer battle for Steven, who was diagnosed with the disease aged just six.
Ashley posted the video on her Facebook page, where it has since been widely shared.
Thousands of commenters have complimented Steven on his bravery, and congratulated him for completing the debilitating treatment successfully.
