You enter a state of stream with WoW
You enter a state of stream with WoW, and before you know it you're asking for an additional quest, one more run to the wilds, yet another level so it's possible to get a gift point. It's the early hours of the afternoon before you know it, and you need to have gone to bed hours ago. It's been quite a while since I was last in this place, and I'm not sure this is what I wanted to return to.
What I appreciate most about World of Warcraft Classic is the community. Whether it's locating groups for dungeons like Gnomeregan, Deadmines, Scarlet Monastery, or even The Stockades, or just adding people to a party while partaking in the overworld, most players are amazingly helpful and friendly, with many of the players I spent time with taking additional time to make sure I'd completed quests, got the things I wanted, and completed what I needed to. No one is angry at you for interrupting their flow, they are more frequently than not all incredibly type. This type of community feels really alien to me so long playing competitive multiplayer games, but it's a welcome change of pace.
However, the world deserves its own admiration. Now that I've gotten over the fact that I am finally playing World of Warcraft at HD at high framerates (some thing I wanted for a decade ago) I must say that the design and aesthetic of this planet persevere. How you will leave with every area if you've done most of the quests researched, and wrap around the area while questing, is a relief. If suits that OCD pursuit cleaning component of your mind that loves seeing a job well done, and leaving a room with all the quests tied up feels excellent.
I set up pursuit helper add-on, and Questie though I have to confess. Modern World of Warcraft essentially has this built in, and while I tried my best to refrain from using a add-in, I felt like I needed it. I simply could not find where I was supposed to go for many quests, even if reading the pursuit descriptions. They have rough indications on where you should go to, but the directions are less than specific, and just really make sense if you are studying the pursuit description while stood where the NPC who's offering the pursuit is. Instructions on the quest like"go east from here" aren't very helpful when you're in another location.
