The Change Occurred. Happily I Was In Front Of My Screen
You can only really die if you misplay. In your case, you should check at local and if you see people pop in, track enemy ships nearby(custom framework recommended) and should they float in, you warp out.The problem lies (I guess ) there being a greater ratio of casuals to hardcore. Push them away and who will pay the invoices? ISK has to come from someplace and alphas are not injecting ISK into the economy. It's a EVE Echoes ISK game, you are going to have more casual gamers. It's a fact of mobile games.
Want a hardcore Eve encounter? Fantastic news! There is already a fantastic game for it. Eve Online.Eve Echoes should have hardcore elements, but it does not need to become EO. It's a mobile game and needs to bear this in mind when it makes changes that greatly effect the play of the sport and the playerbase. Not how things operate on mobile games, rather than how things work when droves of individuals stop a match. This isnt computer baby girl, games with little playerbase arent respected and their matches become shut down. It won't stay up like eve online unless it can keep players remain on the charts/profitable. Echoes doesnt have to mirror eve on the internet and when something doesnt work it ought to be eliminated or refit with this mobile game not a pc game.
I agree it needs to be reworked but enabling afk warping to bypass warp disruptors isn't a fantastic idea.A better idea is to offer means in high security room to get equivalent things that you may from null or low sec but in a much more time or less frequently. If you could do everything you can now do in null in the safety of high sec but at a much slower rate, would the vast majority of Buy EVE Echoes ISK players take care of the change?Saying that it isnt a good idea doesnt make it, why can it be bad? Why not add a penalty where optional risk free travel can be obtained but at much slower speed?
