Cape \u0026 Islands boys h.s. basketball rankings: There's a new No. 1

A shakeup at the top of the Cape and Islands boys basketball rankings this week. It remains a wild race to the top as several teams can call themselves the best from one day to the next. While the girls rankings have settled in a bit, I really feel like it's anybody's game to see who grabs that top spot. We are only halfway through the season, but we still don't really know who the best squad is yet. That's what makes it fun.
